Phone calls recording policy

We are recording calls for quality monitoring and evaluation purposes. Our goal is to ensure that whenever you reach out to us, by phone or any other means, you get the best quality of service.

 

>Can I refuse to be recorded?

Yes, you will be asked to accept or decline the recording at the start of the call. Should you decline, the recording will stop and anything that was previously recorded will be immediately deleted.

 

>For how long do you keep the recorded calls?

We keep the recordings for a period of 21 days starting on the day the recording took place.

 

>In which country do you store the recorded calls?

The recordings are stored in a database located in Germany.

 

>What are my rights with regards to these recordings?

Your have the following rights: Right to be informed, right of access, right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restrict, right to data portability, right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated means, right to object, and right to withdraw the consent.
