Introduction

VidaXL + + points is the loyalty program operated by HBI Commerce LTD – C/O Tmf Group located at 13th Floor, One Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, United Kingdom, trading under Chamber of Commerce number 07772128. The program is valid online at our United-Kingdom webshop vidaXL.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual relationship between HBI Commerce LTD – C/O Tmf Group and each individual Member to the program.

The vidaXL + program

1. By becoming a Member of the vidaXL + points program you will receive offers from vidaXL, can earn Points and redeem the collected Points for rewards such as discounts.

Membership Eligibility

1. Membership is only open to customers who are at least 18 years old and have created a vidaXL account.
2. vidaXL employees or others who make purchases that exceed the regular household amount are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program.
3. Your membership is personal and non-transferable, only one membership can be concluded per person.
4. Membership is offered at the discretion of vidaXL and we may, reasonably, refuse Membership to any applicant.

Membership Application

1. Any individual seeking to become a member of the vidaXL + points Program may do so by logging into their vidaXL account online at vidaXL.co.uk or during the checkout process. By registering for the vidaXL + points Program, you expressly confirm that you meet all applicable participation requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Any individual who creates a vidaXL account on or after 2025-04-17 shall, provided they have verified their email address, upon the successful creation of such account, be automatically enrolled in the vidaXL + points program without further action required.
3. Any individual who has created a vidaXL account prior to 2025-04-17 but has not previously enrolled in the vidaXL + points program shall not be automatically added to the vidaXL + points program. Such individuals may elect to join the vidaXL + points program at any time by opting in through their vidaXL account.
4. All members, including those automatically enrolled, retain the right to opt out of the vidaXL + points program at any time. Opting out may be done through the member’s vidaXL account or by contacting vidaXL customer service.

Membership Points

1. You will earn eight (8) Points for every £ 85 spent on articles of the ‘vidaXL’ brand purchased on vidaXL.co.uk.
2. Points will be awarded and made available to you on your account within 30 days of your purchase (starting form the day the order is placed). Points cannot be used for any order placed prior to the expiry of the aforementioned 30 days period.
3. We will record the balance of your Points in your vidaXL account in the VidaXL + points section. Points cannot be redeemed until we have recorded them.
4. Points earned from canceled or returned items will be deducted from your Points balance.
5. No Points will be earned for purchases of other brands on vidaXL.co.uk. No Points will be earned for purchases made on using the guest checkout option or purchases made via other sales channels.
6. Any purchases you made before joining VidaXL + points are not eligible for Points.
7. Points expire 6 months after collection.
8. Points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Redeeming Points: Rewards

1. Points can be used to obtain a discount coupon at checkout by selecting a coupon code. The discount will be determined by the total amount of Points you convert into a coupon.

2. When redeeming Points, the oldest Points are used first.
3. The discount obtained by redeeming Points cannot be used in combination with other discounts.
4. The maximum discount that can be obtained by redeeming Points is £ 42 per order.

Communication

1. As part of the VidaXL + points you will receive marketing emails with offers and promotions from vidaXL. vidaXL will also send information and/or material to you related to your vidaXL + points membership such as a welcome email, account statement emails, earned Points emails or other communications that help us to maintain your VidaXL + points account.
2. You can unsubscribe to marketing emails in your vidaXL account or by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in the footer of the email.

Data protection

1. We will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy which can be found at the Website under the heading “Privacy Policy”.

Changes and termination by vidaXL

1. vidaXL reserves the right to withdraw or amend the VidaXL + points program without notice at its reasonable discretion. vidaXL will publish changes to VidaXL + points program on the vidaXL website and may, at its sole reasonable discretion, suspend, amend, or terminate the VidaXL + points program or a customer’s entitlement to VidaXL + points program without notice.
2. In the event vidaXL would modify the vidaXL + points Program, any points already collected under the then current terms will remain in your account until redeemed by you or expired.
3. In the case of abuse we may cancel all accrued and accruing Points of the Member and any Rewards.

Termination of membership by vidaXL.

1. VidaXL + points members may cancel their membership with vidaXL + points at any time by contacting our customer service or by opting out through the member’s vidaXL account.

Applicable law and Jurisdiction

1. These general terms and conditions are governed by the law of the United-Kingdom. Disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your participation as a VidaXL + points Member should be settled by the competent court in the United Kingdom.
2. If you have a complaint about our loyalty program that you have not been able to resolve with vidaXL’s Customer Service, you can submit the complaint through any ADR organization of your choice in order to solve the issue amicably.

Definitions

Business: any natural or legal person, public or private, acting for purposes falling within the framework of his professional activity of any sort;

Consumer: any natural person who acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of a commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity;

Member: natural or legal person eligible to the vidaXL + points program and having joined it.
